      Is there a special horse or pony in your life? If you are lucky enough to spend time around these amazing animals, you will know what strong and often quirky personalities they have. That's certainly true of Goldie the palomino, who is a sturdy therapy pony and lead mare of her herd.

      I was lucky enough to work with Goldie at a stressful time in my life, and I wanted to celebrate her through my work. The Goldie the Palomino Art Print shows a charcoal, chalk and sanguine drawing on buff Strathmore paper. The drawing begins with different grades of charcoal. Then chalk highlights and touches of colour from the sanguine are added towards the end.
