Ginger Rogers, Change Partners Art Print, A4

      SKU: PEMA30

The Ginger Rogers Change Partners Art Print (A4) features the sixth of a series of drawings. They show a selection of Ginger Rogers poses from the famous series of musical films she made at RKO in the 1930s with Fred Astaire.

In this fabulous routine, Change Partners, from the 1938 film Carefree, Ginger is dancing as if hypnotised and under the control of hypnotist Fred. I wanted to celebrate Ginger's poise, her expressive ability and her fabulous dresses.

I love old films and film stars, and charcoal and chalk is the perfect combination for capturing monochrome drama and elegance. The results look stunning giclée printed on enhanced matte art paper.
