Refunds and Returns Policy
Faulty, Missing and Damaged Items
If your physical product is damaged on receipt, is faulty in any way, or does not arrive please contact us within 30 days of your original order for a refund or a replacement, which will be sent with free shipping. Damaged or defective items may need to be returned. We will process your refund or replacement on receipt of the defective item, if needed. Original art works cannot be replaced as they are unique items. In this case, only a refund is offered.
Other refunds and returns
With the exception of original art works, all physical products are manufactured to order and are not eligible for refunds and returns unless they are missing, damaged or faulty.
Orders for original art works can be cancelled up to 14 days after receipt of your order. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling. Simply fill out our contact form telling us you wish to cancel, and we will reply with the necessary details. You must return the item to us. To avoid damage and corresponding deductions on your refund, we recommend that the item is packed in its original packaging and returned using our recommended delivery service. The purchase price, including the original shipping cost, will be refunded when we have received the return. You must cover the cost or return shipping yourself and deductions will be made from the refund for damage.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery in the case of customers supplying incorrect addresses.
EU customers are entitled to a 2-year warranty on physical products purchased under the General Product Safety Regulation legislation.
Digital Products
Ebooks are instant downloads and you agree to this in our Terms and Conditions when you make the purchase. Therefore they are not eligible for refunds. We will only refund duplicate purchases made within 48 hours of the original providing that you inform us within 30 days of the order.
