Shipping

We ship to the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, EU, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Gibraltar, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and South Africa. If you are outside this area you may be able to purchase a physical book or an ebook through one of the major online retailers. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to sell original art works and some print-on-demand art products to the EU.

Our paperback books are printed and shipped by Bookvault, who will offer you clearly priced shipping options at checkout. All options are tracked.

Original art works are sent by DHL and are fully insured to the retail value. Ceramic sculptures are large, fragile and valuable items requiring thick packaging which unfortunately makes delivery costly.

For all other art products we offer a standard shipping service which is tracked where possible. For UK orders, delivery time is 2-3 working days. For US to US it takes 4-6 working days, Australia to Australia 2-5 working days, and UK to anywhere outside the UK 10-15 working days.

If your item has not arrived after the expected delivery time as stated at checkout, then please contact us. We accept no responsibility for incorrectly supplied names and addresses, so please make sure your details are correct when ordering.

Shipping is a valuable service. All shopping, even in store, relies on it and it is not free. Far from it, fuel, time, equipment and training are involved. As a transparent, ethical business we show you what you are paying for shipping. When you are routinely offered free shipping, that simply means that the cost of shipping has been added on to the price of the product. We may still offer free shipping promotions on certain products occasionally, in the same way that we make other special offers.

Tax

There is no tax on orders for UK and Isle of Man customers.

For EU customers, all necessary taxes will be added at checkout for orders under €150, and there will be nothing further for you to pay. For orders over that amount there will be taxes to pay on receipt of your purchase.

We are not required to charge tax on orders to other countries, but you may be charged duties and taxes on receipt of your order according to the laws of your locality.
