The At the Seaside Greetings Card shows a holiday scene that’s a delightful reminder of your last day out on the coast. It’s a very summery scene, ideal for seasonal birthdays and occasions. Sitting on the sand still damp after a dip in the sea eating a paper of chips, there’s not quite enough sun to need your hat.  A typical day at the British seaside!

This print shows a charcoal, chalk and coloured pencil drawing on Strathmore paper. I wanted to create a still life expressive of our summer – this is no sun-drenched Mediterranean shore. It’s just the kind of seaside experience that was such a treat to me as a child. And it was a technical challenge to create it in this selection of media. I’m delighted with the result.
