  • 1. Our products are for adults and are not designed to be suitable for children. In agreeing to these terms and conditions you declare yourself to be of the age of majority in your place of residence and to have given consent to allow any of your minor dependents who use the site to do so.
  • 2. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this site without express permission by us.
  • 3. You may not use our site or products for any illegal purpose, including breach of copyright law.
  • 4. We may change or amend the information on this site, including prices at any time without notice. Any reliance on information on this site, other than that relating to your statutory rights, is at your own risk.
  • 5. We reserve the right to withdraw the use of this site at any time, and to place restrictions on orders if necessary.
  • 6. We are not responsible for the content and behaviour of third-party sites linked to this site.
  • 7. Your submission of personal information is governed by our privacy policy.
  • 8. We are associates of Apple Books and some other online book platforms. Links to these sites may earn us commission.

Online Sales

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they are intended to form the basis of our contract with you. You may wish to keep an electronic or paper copy of them for future reference.

Ordering and Payment

  • 9. When you order goods or services from us online you are making a legal offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we accept your offer and we will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. If we do not accept the offer because we are unable to supply the goods or services requested, or for any other reason, we will respond promptly to make you aware, and no charge will be made.
  • 10. When you click on ‘Place Order & Pay’ you are under an obligation to pay.
  • 11. We accept the following means of payment through WooCommerce: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and Union Pay.

Fulfilment and Delivery

  • 12. Various delivery services with details and prices will be offered by our fulfilment services at checkout.
  • 13. With the exception of original art works, all physical products are manufactured to order and are not eligible for refunds unless they are missing, damaged or faulty.
  • 14. Orders for original art works can be cancelled up to 14 days after receipt of your order. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling. Simply fill out our contact form telling us you wish to cancel, and we will reply with the necessary details. You must return the item to us. To avoid damage and corresponding deductions on your refund, we recommend that the item is packed in its original packaging and returned using our recommended delivery service. The purchase price, including the original shipping cost, will be refunded when we have received the return. You must cover the cost of return shipping yourself and deductions will be made from the refund for damage.
  • 15. Paperback books take at least 3-5 working days to be printed before being dispatched. After printing, purchases are delivered according to the timescale given on your chosen delivery method at checkout.
  • 16. The expected production time for art products is shown on the relevant product page. The delivery times vary according to the product and location. For the UK they will generally be from two to five days but may be longer for other countries. In the UK we offer express delivery, and this is fastest and always tracked. In other countries we only offer budget and standard services. Standard is generally quicker than budget and more likely to be tracked. (All delivery services to the USA are tracked.) If you require more detailed delivery information for a particular product and destination, please contact us. Please note that if you purchase paperback books and art products together we can only offer standard delivery rates on the art products. If you particularly require budget or express delivery on your art products, buy your books in a separate purchase.
  • 17. We cannot guarantee a fulfilment date for products manufactured to order.
  • 18. In agreeing to our terms and conditions when you purchase a downloadable product, you are agreeing to receive the download immediately. You therefore have no right to cancel the purchase, although we do offer refunds for duplicate purchases.
  • 19. If you buy goods from us, we have a legal obligation to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.
  • 20. If goods are faulty we will deal with the problem according to your consumer buying rights. If you think there is a problem with goods purchased from us, please contact us.

The manufacture of our art products is done by Prodigi Group, Unit 20, Caker Stream Road, Alton, Hampshire, UK, GU34 2QA; support@prodigi.com.

Original art works are manufactured, in Stoke-on-Trent, UK by John Blake and Emily Tellwright.
