Refund policy
Returnable Items
Original Art Works are subject to a 14 day cooling-off period within the UK and Isle of Man only. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@castleseftonpress.co.uk. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted as these are valuable and delicate items that require an appropriate delivery service.
Non-returnable items
Digital Products: Ebooks are instant downloads and you agree to this in our terms when you make the purchase. Therefore they are not eligible for refunds. We will however refund duplicate purchases made within 48 hours of the original providing that you inform us within 30 days of the order.
Custom-made Products: All the other products in our shop, including books, are made to order and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
Damages and issues
If your physical product is damaged on receipt, is faulty in any way, or does not arrive please contact us at contact@castleseftonpress.co.uk within 30 days of your original order for a refund or a replacement, which will be sent with free shipping. Damaged or defective items may need to be returned. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
Once your return is agreed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@castleseftonpress.co.uk.
Original art works cannot be replaced as they are unique items. In this case, only a refund is offered.
