Shipping

We ship to the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, EU, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Gibraltar, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and South Africa. If you are outside this area you may be able to purchase a physical book or an ebook through one of the major online retailers. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to sell original art works and some print-on-demand art products to the EU.

Our paperback books are printed and shipped by Bookvault, who will offer you clearly priced shipping options at checkout.

Original art works are sent by DHL and are fully insured to the retail value. Ceramic sculptures are large, fragile and valuable items requiring thick packaging which unfortunately makes delivery costly.

For art products, the delivery times vary according to the product and location. For the UK they will generally be from two to five days but may be longer for other countries. In the UK we offer express delivery, and this is fastest and always tracked. In other countries we only offer budget and standard services. Standard is generally quicker than budget and more likely to be tracked. (All delivery services to the USA are tracked.) If you require more detailed delivery information for a particular product and destination, please contact us. Please note that if you order art products together with paperback books, we are only able to offer standard delivery rates on the art products. If you particularly need budget or express rates for your art products, make a separate purchase for your books.

If your item has not arrived after the expected delivery time as stated at checkout, then please contact us. We accept no responsibility for incorrectly supplied names and addresses, so please make sure your details are correct when ordering.

Tax

There is no tax on orders for UK and Isle of Man customers.

For EU customers, all necessary taxes will be added at checkout for orders under €150, and there will be nothing further for you to pay. For orders over that amount there will be taxes to pay on receipt of your purchase.

We are not required to charge tax on orders to other countries, but you may be charged duties and taxes on receipt of your order according to the laws of your locality.
